Refund policy

Thank you for visiting our site. Customer satisfaction is very important at Naya & Co, however please note all sales are final.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we have a no exchanges/change of minds, refund or returns policy for all of our items.

In saying this, we have provided detailed information of each product in order for you to make an informed and happy purchase.

Please thoroughly read through all the information outlined regarding our items. If you feel there is something we have missed or you need some more information kindly email us at naya.and.co.au@gmail.com or contact us through our Instagram page @naya.andco 

Please make yourself fully aware of our turnaround times before ordering 1-2 weeks with additional shipping time (during NON PEAK periods). If your order is urgent please contact us prior to placing the order. We aim to have all our orders shipped within 1 - 2 weeks, however in some instances there may be delays due to shipping issues with couriers. Please be mindful before ordering.

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that our handmade items may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use. 

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.


Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to naya.and.co.au@gmail.com Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. 


Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage to mirror acrylic.

Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product. There may also be slight variances in acrylic colour at times, which are out of our control, due to the acrylic manufacturing process.

Please note that Naya & Co reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time. There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on sale items.

All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.

Only one discount can be used per order.

Our software cannot allow us to manually apply discount orders or adjust prices once orders are finalized. If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any additional costs.

We take pride in our shipping methods and packaging and make sure all items are shipped in protective and safe manners. We are NOT responsible for any damage caused in transit or damage caused whilst opening your goods. No Refunds, Replacements or Store Credits will be issued with these circumstances.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY LOST PARCELS. PLEASE TAKE UP A CLAIM WITH THE COURIER COMPANY.


Shipping

Should there be an exemption to return your product, you should mail your product to: 24 Rihanna Street, Greenvale VIC 3059 AUSTRALIA 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
